Refund policy

At Aerial, we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

To initiate a return, email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size. Please note that exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-returnable items Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
